STUDIO POLICY
 

• Sessions are 60 minutes in length.  Contact me to inquire about my current rates. 

 

• If I'm late, I make it up.  If you're late, we don't make it up. 

 

• 24 hours notice is required to cancel a session.   Otherwise, you pay. 

 

• Payment is due at each session.  You can pay using cash, check, Venmo or Google Wallet. 

 

• Because of the size of the studio, rescheduling is difficult.  It's best to put yourself and your voice first. 

 

• How sick is sick?  If you're in the extreme part of an illness (true laryngitis, fever, thick and/or loose congestion, nausea, diarrhea), you should stay home.  In bed.  However, if you  have mild vocal discomfort, congestion or you're tired, you should still come to your lesson.  You need to learn how to sing through minor ailments in a healthy way, and in this studio, you will. 

 

• The weather can become an issue in the winter months.  In this studio, we deal with it as it comes.  I'm usually here, but I don't want anyone traveling if that makes them feel unsafe. Let's communicate as close to the weather incident as possible, and figure out what's best for each of us.
