Heidi Hayes' recent regional credits include Miss Betty in The Carols at Montgomery Theater, Fraulein Schneider in Cabaret and Baruska in Once, both at Hangar Theatre Company.
Heidi toured Asia in Troika Entertainment's
production of Sister Act. Other regional credits include Walnut St. Theatre, Riverside Theatre, Resident Theatre Company, Bucks County Playhouse, Gretna Theatre, Alchemists' Workshop, and City Theater of Wilmington, Delaware.
Heidi began her performing career in the field of opera and concert, appearing with many organizations throughout the United States, including Pennsylvania Opera Theater, OperaDelaware, Tulsa Opera, Central City Opera, the San Antonio Festival, the Bach and Handel Society of Jim Thorpe (Pennsylvania), and the Philadelphia Singers.
A proud native of Wisconsin, Heidi holds music degrees from University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She is married to retired opera singer, Richard Johnson, and is the proud mother of Nicholas, a Boston-based chemical engineer. The entire family is passionate about baseball and traveling the world. Heidi and Richard happily reside in the Philadelphia area.
