I'm looking out my window at a bright sunny day, reflecting on the wonderful opportunities I've had lately. First, my October 23 Pieces of My Collection performance was a joy. Thank you to all of you who were there. Watch this space for the next performance.
The following day, I had a fantastic time with Meg Townsend at Amrita Yoga leading our voice/yoga workshop. We're planning to be back in the spring with another one.
Finally on November 7, I was honored to teach (along with playwright John Augustine) a musical theatre workshop at Bucks County Playhouse. I'm planning to be back there as well.
But let's look at the future. I have exciting news. I have been cast in Riverside Theatre (Vero Beach, FL) and Walnut St. Theatre's (Philadelphia, PA) co-production of Sister Act!!! Yes! From mid-March through mid-July of 2016, I'll be nunning it somewhere on the East Coast. You'll find information on the Riverside run here and the Walnut run here.
But you want to hear me before that, so plan to join Paul Spencer Adkins, Richard Johnson, Michele Scanlon and me at St. Timothy's Lutheran Church in Northeast (and I mean Northeast) Philadelphia for Sing In The Season, a concert of Christmas favorites, on Sunday, November 29 at 3:00 pm. The concert is lovely and the free homemade cookies at the reception are out-of-this-world delicious! St. Timothy's is located at 7965 Fillmore St., Philadelphia, PA 19111. Don't hesitate to contact me if you need more details.
Thanks for following my joyous creative career!
